PalmSens BV was founded in 2001 by Dr. Kees van Velzen, one of the driving forces in the field of potentiostat digitalization in the late 80’s and 90’s. PalmSens BV was the first company to reduce a research grade potentiostat to a size that fits in your pocket.
At PalmSens BV we are committed to make electrochemistry easier, more portable and more accessible for novice and advanced researchers.
We provide a comprehensive range of instruments for most types of electrochemistry with an emphasis on mobility. We manufacture the world’s smallest commercially available potentiostat module with EIS capabilities: the EmStat Pico. While our unique flagship instrument, the PalmSens4, is one of the most versatile and compact frequency response analysis (FRA) / EIS capable device in the market.
Solutions for OEM
We have extensive experience as an OEM partner. The small EmStat Go potentiostat has been developed as a modular system. This way that we can modify the sensor insert(s), add other functionality and make it fit your brand identity in a matter of weeks. Together with our software development tools we can make sure to have your sensor application on the market in no-time.
Partner of Analog Devices Inc.
Our EmStat Pico module has been developed in close collaboration with Analog Devices Inc. and is available through us directly or through Arrow. Being an official Partner of Analog Devices Inc., we have committed ourselves to the highest standards in electronics manufacturing.
